What is Kybella?

Kybella is a synthetic man-made version of deoxycholic acid, which is a naturally occurring molecule found in the body that aids in the breakdown & absorption of fat cells, by disrupting the cell membrane in adipocytes (fat cells) permanently.

Kybella (deoxycholic acid) is the only FDA-approved medication to reduce the appearance of submental fulness (double chin). Treatments are quick & typically require a little downtime. Mild to moderate bruising & swelling is expected, so plan sessions two weeks prior to any event.

Results may be seen as soon as 60-90 days, however most treatments require 2 to 4 sessions, which may be scheduled 4 to 6 weeks apart.

An average of 2 to 3 vials are used per treatment, with each vial costing $600. Alternatively our generic Deoxycolic acid starts at $450 with the same treatment schedule & results! The choice is up to you!

Kybella may also be used off label on other areas of the body such as for:

  • bra bulge

  • back bulge

  • inner thighs

  • facial jowls

A consultation is necessary to determine if this treatment is appropriate for you.

As always consultations are always complementary.

** Packages starting at $450.
